OFFENBURG: OFFENES TREFFEN AM 19.07. IM R12 MIT VEGANER VOKÜ

I would like to thank the German G Club for such a well organised event. The track has an impressive U-shaped section with a banked degree corner and we patiently waited at a distance of the outside of the last angle. Progress along the French autoroutes was faster than I had initially anticipated. This was a fairly sized quarry peppered along with an amazing amount of G-Wagens, smart or otherwise, and a big beer tent which built-in a small stall selling models, clothing and other G-Wagen memorabilia. The rest were at the quarry proper engaged in fairly serious off-road driving. This is an amazing turnout and the biggest ever that I know of. All in all, there were some G-Wagens registered designed for the events on Saturday.
